■応募資格：外国人市民、または市内へ在勤・在学の方
■応募方法
スピーチ原稿（日本語、ひらがなだけでも可）と共に、応募用紙に必要事項を
記入し、各務原国際協会事務局まで提出してください。
締切後、スピーチ原稿をもとに出場者を選考し、出場の可否を郵送等で
連絡します。
■応募締切：2019年1月31日（木）17時（必着）
■賞名
部門ごとに金賞、銀賞、銅賞（副賞としてメダルと図書券を渡す予定）
一般の部は賞の区別はなく、参加者全員に奨励賞（メダル）を渡す予定

■Aim To support development of Japanese language skills for foreigners living in Japan, to help expand human resources and improve international relations locally.

■Duration Each speech should be between 3-5 minutes in length.
■Judges   KIA representative, experts from KIA and other
■Requisites Participants must work, attend school or reside in Kakamigahara city.
■Applications Applicants must submit an application form and copy of their speech in Japanese (hiragana is ok) for review. Please submit completed applications and copy of their speech to the Kakamigahara International Association office.
After the application deadline, contestants will be selected and a letter of acceptance will be sent to the applicant.
■Deadline Applications must be recieved by January 31st (Thursday),17:00
■Awards  For the “Children” and “Youth” categories, medals(gold, silver, bronze) and bookgift cards will be awarded.
Adults will not be judged. Medals will be awarded to each participant in the “General” category.

■Avaliação Membros da Associação Internacional de kakamigahara e outros.
■Requisitos Estrangeiros que residem, trabalham ou estudam em Kakamigahara.
■Inscrição Envie a ficha de inscrição devidamente preenchida junto ao texto apresentado. Os textos serão pré avaliados e confirmaremos a participação via correio.
■Prazo  A inscrição deverá ser feita até 17:00 horas do dia 31 de janeiro de 2019
■Premiação Ouro, prata e bronze para cada categoria.
Na categoria Adulto não haverá classificação e todos receberão medalhas pela participação.
